The present invention relates to a GIS-based automatic schematic diagram creation system for supporting the generation of input data of a one-dimensional water quality model and a schematic diagram creation method for the same. Water quality can be simulated using a schematic diagram created by a more quantitative and systematic method than the method of using an existing paper map, thereby improving the reliability of the water quality simulation results.
