The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing silver nanostructures for a surface enhanced raman scattering substrate, and silver nanostructures thereby. The method for manufacturing silver nanostructures for a surface enhanced raman scattering substrate specifies concentrations, mixing speed, one-time added amount, adding speed, and a total added amount etc. of silver nitrate and a reducing agent, which can not be inferred from the existing manufacturing methods.
