The present invention relates to a condensing heat exchanger and a boiler including the same. The condensing heat exchanger comprises: a body formed in the shape a hollow sealed barrel; a combustion chamber provided in the body and having a plurality of through holes to emit combustion gas; an exhaust pipe having one end coupled to the through holes of the combustion chamber, and the other end coupled to the body; a used water inlet port provided on one side of the body to allow used water to be flowed into; and a used water outlet port provided on the other side of the body to allow used water heated inside the body to be discharged.
