The present invention relates to a method of allocating a resource in an overlapped wireless body area communication using a Cournot competition, and more particularly to a method of allocating a resource of a transmission section in which a high reliability in medical aspect and forwarding of body information can be secured by allocating a non-competitive transmission section by using a Cournot competition in an overlapped wireless body area communication (WBAN) environment and a balance can be secured by avoiding an interference between non-competitive transmission sections even in an overlapped environment. The present invention provides a method of allocating a transmission section of an overlapped wireless body area communication using a Cournot competition wherein, when two wireless body area communications (WBANs) overlap each other, a non-competitive transmission section of a wireless body area communication is allocated by using a Cournot competition and a transmission section is allocated in consideration of an amount of transmissions, a delay time, and a traffic priority in the wireless body area communication.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
