The present invention relates to a refill-type sheet package including a base formed with an opening, a lid having an opening/closing part for selectively opening or closing the opening, and a refill cartridge receiving a plurality of sheets and fastened to a lower portion of the lid. According to the present invention, since the refill cartridge can be directly fastened to an inner upper portion of a case, replacement of the cartridge can be easily carried out. Since the sheet is withdrawn in the state in which the sheets are positioned on the inner upper portion of the case, a user can easily withdraw the sheet. Also, for a functional sheet product such as wet tissue, since the sheets are used in the state in which the sheets are stored in a package of the refill cartridge, the storage environment is superior relative to the related art. It is possible to reduce inconvenience to clean the case whenever the cartridge is replaced.
