DIPEPTIDE DERIVATIVES, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, CHEMOSENSOR INCLUDING THE SAME AND DETECTION METHOD OF SILVER ION (Ag+), MERCURY ION (Hg2+), COPPER (I) ION (Cu2+) AND SILVER NANO PARTICLES USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to dipeptide derivatives, a preparation method thereof, a chemosensor including the same and a detection method of a silver ion (Ag^+^), a mercury ion (Hg^2+^), a copper(I) ion (Cu^2+^) and silver nano particles using the same. The dipeptide derivatives represented by Formula 1 according to the present invention may detect the silver ion (Ag^+^), the mercury ion (Hg^2+^), the copper(I) ion (Cu^2+^) and the silver nano particles in the presence of other metal ions possibly functioning as an inhibitory material, selectively, quantitatively, and simultaneously or at different times. In addition, the penetration of the dipeptide derivatives into the cell of a living body is easy, and the dipeptide derivatives may be useful as a chemosensor sensitive to phosphorescence and detecting through the intensity change of the phosphorescence through the bonding with the silver ion (Ag^+^), the mercury ion (Hg^2+^), the copper (I) ion (Cu^2+^) and the silver nano particles in the cell of the living body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014;[Reference numerals] (AA) Example 1 and other metal ions; (BB) Fluorescence intensity (a,u.); (CC) Wavelength (nm)
