Disclosed in the present invention are a natural gas liquefaction plant system using a cartridge-type LNG barge, and a method for storing and transferring LNG of a liquefaction plant. The natural gas liquefaction plant system using a cartridge-type LNG barge according to the present invention includes a liquefaction plant producing LNG by liquefying natural gas; a berthing facility docked by at least one cartridge-type LNG barge prepared with an LNG storage tank for storing the LNG produced from the liquefaction plant; and a pipe portion providing LNG from the liquefaction plant to the cartridge-type LNG barge docked at the berthing facility.
