The present invention relates to a prefabricated hybrid girder which is often used for an upper structure of a bridge and comprises a precast concrete block and a steel block. Two precast concrete blocks are arranged on both outer sides, and a center block connecting the two precast concrete blocks is formed of the steel block. A connection surface of a connection unit which is between the blocks has a gap so that prestress can be automatically applied to a girder due to the gap when the blocks are assembled.
