The present invention relates to a method for increasing a target detecting probability of a radar signal, comprising a first step of aligning, by a register, data locations in a cell data form by setting a distance as an index when range data of a radar signal is inputted; a second step of scanning the register by a sliding window to appoint at least one or more test cells and at least one or more reference cells; a third step of comparing, by a comparator, data values between the test cells and the reference cells; and a fourth step of determining, as target data, the test cells having greater data value than that of the reference cells, and processing, as noises, the test cells having smaller data value than that of the reference cells according to the comparison result of the comparator.
