The present invention relates to a culture method of a mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis parasitic on a larva of Endoclyta excrescens, and the mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis parasitic on the larva of Endoclyta excrescens cultured thereby. More specifically, the culture method of the mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis parasitic on the larva of Endoclyta excrescens comprises: a washing step for washing Cordyceps sinensis parasitic on the larva of Endoclyta excrescens; a Cordyceps sinensis fluid preparation step for grinding the Cordyceps sinensis obtained through the washing step, and mixing distilled water thereto to prepare Cordyceps sinensis fluid; a culture medium preparation step for heating a mixture which contains grain flour, protein, glucose, potassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, and agar to dissolve the mixture, and pouring the mixture which has been dissolved on the surface of glass to prepare a culture medium, followed by sterilizing the culture medium; and a culture step for inoculating the culture medium prepared in the culture medium preparation step with the Cordyceps sinensis fluid prepared in the Cordyceps sinensis fluid preparation step, and culturing the mycelium of the Cordyceps sinensis.
