The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for discriminating a responder group responding to Korean black raspberry having a DNA damage protective activity in smokers. The present invention provides a biomarker composition comprising one or more metabolites selected from the group consisting of histamine, formate, lysine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, acetate, ornithine, glycine, and trimethylamine N-oxide for discriminating a responder group responding to Korean black raspberry in smokers and a kit comprising antibodies specifically binding to the metabolites for discriminating the responder group to the Korean black raspberry. Also, the present invention provides a method for discriminating a responder group responding to Korean black raspberry in smokers, the method comprising a step for measuring the expression level of the metabolites in a clinical specimen and comparing it with the expression level in a normal control sample.
