The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of slice jam and slice jam manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of slice jam incudes the steps of: (a) boiling down and agitating a mixture of 400-600 parts by weight of fruit and 400-600 parts by weight of sugar at high temperatures after putting the mixture in a container; (b) boiling down the mixture of the step (a) with a mixture of 90-110 parts by weight of water and 7-15 parts by weight of agar powder until the mixture becomes very thick; (c) storing jam boiled down in the earlier step after pouring the jam in a square container and slowly cooling the jam; (d) individually packing the jam with a film and an oil paper after taking the hardened jam out of the square container and cutting the jam into a constant size. The slice jam has innovatively enhanced portability, storability, and hygiene because the jam containing fruit or other materials is cut into slices and then is individually packed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
