APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING DERAILMENT OF TRAIN FOR IMPROVING TRAIN VELOCITY AT STEEP CURVED RAIL, AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

Provided in the present invention are an apparatus for preventing the derailment of a train for improving a train velocity at a steep curved rail and a method for the same. An excess outward centrifugal force, generated during an increase of velocity of a train at a steep curved rail, is delivered to a guideway and a reaction wall through a centrifugal force delivery unit attached to the train, without altering the form of an existing railway. Thereby, a slip phenomenon of the train can be prevented, and an increase in the train velocity without altering the form of an existing railway is possible, while minimizing the orbit load on the same railway and enabling the operation of a train, regardless to types, at maximum speeds. By the same, an expansion in the track capacity is possible, and a minimal cant application is possible to facilitate the maintenance of the railway.
