The present invention relates to Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae, and more specifically to a new Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae strain descended from DDL01 (accession number: KACC93085P), which is gained by selecting previously-known Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae strains, and cross-breeding the selected strains and Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae DDL01 (accession number: KACC93085P); and to a fruit body gained through cultivating the new strain.
