The present invention relates to a construction method. According to the present invention, a base floor bottom is divided into multiple work sections, marking, pillar rebar installation, pillar mold installation, wall mold installation, supporting post installation, and distribution assembly of a slab mold and a rebar for upper floor bottom production are performed on a concrete slab bottom from one of the divided sections, and then concrete is placed from the section where the operation is completed so that an upper floor is completed in two days from base floor placement. A high early-strength admixture is put into the concrete so that a strength to be satisfied within a desired period of time is realized in an early stage, and operation elements and time consumption for construction processes are compressed to the maximum extent so that the construction period for each floor can be significantly reduced. The method, which is contrary to existing construction methods, is optimized for mold operation. The time taken for each floor construction is shortened from five to 10 days to two days, and thus labor productivity is significantly increased.
