IMMOBILIZING METHOD FOR ENZYME USING ALDEHYDE-FUNCTIONALIZED MESOPOROUS CARRIER

An enzyme immobilizing method using an aldehyde-functionalized mesoporous carrier is provided. An enzyme immobilized by the method of the present invention and an enzyme immobilizing carrier including the aldehyde-functionalized mesoporous carrier are also provided. The enzyme immobilizing method prevents deactivation due to enzyme immobilization in order to maintain a state of enzyme activation after the immobilization, and reduces activation when an enzyme is reused. The enzyme immobilization is capable of immobilizing various enzymes, thereby being effectively utilized for industries in the fields of food, detergents, pulp fiber, chemicals, and medicine.
