The present invention relates to a food composition for enhancing exercise performance. The food composition of the present invention contributes energy boosting by increasing maximum and average power and reduces the content of fatigue substances in the blood including ammonia and cortisol, and increases the concentration of a growth hormone, thereby being useful as a supplement for exercise.
