PURPOSE: A mini potato cultivation method is provided to reduce cooking time and allow easy eating of the mini potatoes by controlling the height of soil and the planting interval of potatoes. CONSTITUTION: Seed potatoes are sprouted. A container is filled with soil in a height of 3 to 20 cm. The seed potatoes are planted in the container at an interval of 2 to 20 cm of width and 3 to 20 cm of length. Water is supplied to the planted seed potatoes for 1 to 50 days. Water supply and nutritional supplement are foliar applied to the seed potatoes. The height of the soil filled in the container is in a range of 3 to 15 cm.
