The present invention relates to a method for preparing environmentally-friendly silicate grouting liquid and grouting gel. The objective of the present invention is to prepare the grouting liquid and grouting gel which can be easily applied to works for ground containing ground water, hardly contaminates the ground water, thereby being environmentally-friendly, and has a gel type which is suitable for grouting in the field.
