Surgical treatment of the ruptured cranial cruciate ligament using Tibial Plateau Depression Ostectomy

PURPOSE: An anterior cruciate ligament insulation treatment capable of using a TPLO(Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) is provided to minimize the operation time and cost by reducing or simplifying the equipments which is necessary for the operation and the number of implants while maintaining the same effect. CONSTITUTION: A wedge-shaped osteotomy for lowering the Tibial plateau angle is performed. A bone cartilage which includes a knee joint side of the Tibia bone is leveled to a space where the bone is removed. The leveled bone cartilage and Tibia bone are fixed with a K wire.
