PURPOSE: An ethyl acetate fraction of Raphanus sativus L. juice is provided to prevent acute oral toxicity and chronic toxicity with excellent thermal stability, and to block a loss of thrombin suppression under an acidic condition of pH 2 and in plasma, thereby being processed in various forms such as a concentrate, a powder, a pill, and a tablet. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a Raphanus sativus L.-derived material which suppresses thrombin and platelet aggregation comprises the steps of: drying Raphanus sativus L. juice by reduced pressure at 60 deg. C; sequentially fractioning with organic solvents; and purifying the fraction by a molecular sieve. The material has thermal stability and acid stability at pH 2 and is a polymeric polysaccharide with a molecular weight of 30 kDa.
