METHOD FOR DEHISCING GINSENG SEED WITH ENHANCED SAPONIN AND SPECIFIC GINSENOSIDE CONTENT AND GINSENG SEED DEHISCED BY THE SAME METHOD

The present invention relates to a method for dehiscing ginseng seeds with enhanced saponin and specific ginsenoside content which comprises the following steps: (a) producing liquid fertilizer by adding sugar into a mixture of Lycium chinense, Cordyceps militaris, Ganoderma lucidum, Cnidium officinale Makino, Rehmannia glutinosa, and Teucrium chamaedrys, then fermenting and purifying the mixture; (b) dipping the ginseng seeds into a diluted solution obtained by adding water to dilute the liquid fertilizer then taking out; and (c) dipping the ginseng seeds into ginseng stem fermented liquid and drying the ginseng seeds. The present invention also relates to: the dehisced ginseng seeds with enhanced saponin and specific ginsenoside content; ginseng cultivated from the ginseng seeds; and processed ginseng food using the ginseng.
