METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONDUCTIVE METAL COMPLEX FIBER HAVING INCREASED YIELD STRENGTH, CONDUCTIVE METAL COMPLEX FIBER MANUFACTURED THEREBY, AND EMBROIDERED CIRCUIT PRODUCT MANUFACTURED BY USING CONDUCTIVE METAL COMPLEX FIBER
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing conductive metal complex fiber which can be applied to a smart textile made by combining technologies of electricity, IT, and electronic circuit technology made by fibers; conductive metal complex fiber manufactured thereby; and an embroidered circuit product manufactured by using the conductive metal complex fiber. More specifically, the method for manufacturing the conductive metal complex fiber can increase the yield strength of conductive fiber by collecting multiple pieces of a first twisted yarn twisted after being wound in a state in which a thread and a conductive fiber are covered; and by winding the thread on a surface of the twisted yarn in a state of being covered in an opposite direction of a twisting of the first twisted yarn. The method for manufacturing the conductive metal complex fiber comprises the steps of: a first process which manufactures a wound fiber by winding thread with the conductive fiber in a covered state; a second process which manufactures the first twisted yarn by twisting the wound fiber; and a third process which manufactures reinforced fiber having increased yield strength by winding the thread on the surface of the multiple pieces of the first twisted yarn in a covered state.
