The present invention relates to a mold core for movable element production of a reciprocating linear motor, a method for manufacturing the same, and a movable element manufactured thereby. The present invention prevents a failure in which one among magnets is concentrated and closed to an external side lamination or a magnet is attached to the external side lamination even if a small shock is added to a piston at the outside during a linear reciprocating motion of the piston and the piston is minutely one-sided. The mold core for movable element production of a reciprocating linear motor according to the present invention is a core of a mold which manufactures a movable element of a reciprocating linear motor including a side plate having a cylindrical magnet frame and a penetration hole at one side. The core comprises a core member in which the outer circumference is formed into a circular shape. A magnet attaching surface is formed on the outer circumference surface of the center of the core member. A molding surface which has a diameter smaller than the magnet attaching surface due to a first holder is formed on one side of the magnet attaching surface.
