The present invention relates to a melanian snail collecting device which includes a rectangular bottom plate made of a transparent material; a see-through container composed of lateral walls surrounding the bottom plate; a net-shaped net bottom unit which is formed on one side of the see-through container; a melanian snail receiving container which is composed of lateral walls surrounding the net bottom unit and integrally connected to the see-through container; and a sight glass which is made of transparent glass, installed inside the see-through container, and formed into a form convex upward. A receiving space connected to the hole is formed between the sight glass and the bottom plate as a hole is formed on one lateral wall of the see-through container and the sight glass is formed to be convex upward so that water is filled inside the receiving space via the hole when collecting melanian snails. The present invention does not need a separate convex lens as water is filled inside the receiving space and the water itself functions as a convex lens and enables objects and melanian snails in the water to be seen larger and clearer as the convexity of the melanian snail collecting device is larger than that of an existing melanian snail collecting device by charging water to be convex according to the radius curvature of the sight glass which is convex upward at the relatively large radius curvature.
