A microfluidic disc comprises: a disc-shaped body rotating independently around a central axis; an accommodating container disposed between the central axis and the edges of the disc-shaped body and including an opening part formed at the top and being dented from the surface of the disc-shaped body and a blocking plate blocking one section of the opening part; an injecting channel connected with the bottom of the accommodating container and extending from the inside of the accommodating container in a direction of the edges of the disc-shaped body; a mixing channel connected with the injecting channel and extending in the direction of the edges of the disc-shaped body and being bent at least once; a reaction container disposed between the mixing channel and the edges of the disc-shaped body and having a part connected with the mixing channel; and a discharging container connected with the other part of the reaction container.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
