The present invention relates to an alternate adhesive composition for a corrugated cardboard box with reinforced freshness maintenance function and strength comprises 40-98 wt% of corn starch and 2-60 wt% of a mixture in which bamboo fine powders with 60-500 mesh, calcium carbonate powders with 100-500 mesh and at least one selected from stearin, stearic acid and the steroidolein which are materials stabilizer. The present invention is able to produce a corrugated cardboard by using 40 wt% of corn starch by substituting 60% among 100% of the corn starch, enable a packing box manufactured by using the corrugated cardboard coated with the adhesive composition by the ratio to store fruits vegetables and flowers for the long period with high freshness and is able to reduce shipping charges by enhancing the intensity (compression and rupture) of the box and by loading the large quantity of boxes in packing circulation. Additionally, the present invention is able to implement required functionality (intensity and freshness maintenance) by controlling the composition ratio of an adhesive according to the request characteristics of a packing article.
