The present invention relates to a joint filler composition for a concrete pavement road. The joint filler composition improves tensile strength and elongation to prevent a concrete road from being varied in length due to the expansion and contraction of the surrounding temperature changes and can minimize damage to a joint unit by preventing the penetration of rainwater or foreign materials through the integral movement with concrete slab.
