PURPOSE: A hollow fiber, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a mechanical strength and a transmission performance, and to improve mechanical durability and hydrophile property by mingling the two processes of thermally induced phase separation and nonsolvent induced phase separation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hollow fiber comprises the steps of: manufacturing a support layer forming solution by mix-melting a nucleating agent after mixing a poor solvent and polyvinylidene fluoride; manufacturing an active layer forming solution by mix-melting a good solvent, polyvinylidene fluoride, a pore-forming agent, a nonsolvent, and an inorganic hydrope; and manufacturing a hollow fiber of multilayer structure by coating the active layer forming solution on the support layer forming solution while forming a hollow with a hollow forming agent and dipping in water which is a phase transition liquid.
