The present invention relates to a construction method for middle and high-rise residential buildings using precast concrete frames and modular units. The method is for ensuring structural integrity and constructing each floor from downstairs to upstairs by assembling precast concrete panel members at the site, which are manufactured in a factory in advance, constructing a wall structure frame, installing completed modular units, and placing topping concrete when upper floors are being built.
