PURPOSE: A dental glass composition is provided to ensure low viscosity at high temperature and to improve penetration ability into ceramic and durability. CONSTITUTION: A dental glass composition for penetration of a dental restorative material contains 35-45 wt% of lanthanum oxide(La_2O_3); 14-24 wt% of silica(SiO_2), 14-24 wt% of alumina(Al_2O_3), 12-21 wt% of boron oxide(B_2O_3), 2-6 wt% of sodium oxide(NaO), 1-3 wt% of calcium oxide(CaO), and 2.5 wt% or less of magnesium oxide(MgO). The restorative material comprises a ceramic core and a layer which is formed by penetration of the glass composition from the surface into the inside of the ceramic core. The material of the ceramic core is alumina.
