Disclosed are a system and a method for controlling wind power generators in a wind farm using a simulation method. A system for controlling wind power generators in a wind farm includes: a database building unit for generating turbulence wind field calculation value by performing wind field modeling for each of pieces of information on predicted wind, generating fatigue load and individual power generation modeling value by applying the turbulence wind field calculation value and control command to a wind turbine control model corresponding to each wind turbine, generating a summed power generation modeling value by summing the individual power generation modeling values corresponding to the wind turbines, respectively, and storing control command by wind turbine to correspond to each predicted wind information when if the control command satisfies a pre-stored cost function minimum condition by applying the fatigue load, summed power generation modeling value and predetermined power reference generation amount to the predetermined cost function; and a command output unit for providing the control command by wind turbine stored to correspond to the predicted wind information which corresponds to the actual wind information collected by wind velocity/wind direction sensors installed in the wind farm.
