PURPOSE: A mechanical strength enhancing method of a calcium phosphate supporter by coating a calcium phosphate thin film and a polymeric membrane is provided to improve the mechanical strength of the calcium phosphate supporter which has the low mechanical strength and an internal space. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a calcium phosphate supporter in which the intensity is improved by having multiple coating of a calcium phosphate thin film and a polymeric membrane comprises the following steps: a step of coating the polymeric membrane which is remained after volatilizing the solvent after contacting the surface of the calcium phosphate supporter with the polymeric solution; a step of coating to the calcium phosphate thin film which is precipitated by making the coating surface of the polymeric membrane react with the supersaturated calcium phosphate ionic solution; a step of repeating the coating of polymeric membrane and the coating of the calcium phosphate thin film.
