The present invention relates to a vacuum sealing method of a hot-water tank for a water purifier, wherein a hot-water tank in a water purifier for containing water heated by a heater is sealed to maintain vacuum condition at high temperature atmosphere when vacuum is generated in the hot-water tank to insulate the hot water tank, thereby simplifying operational processes by maintaining the degree of vacuum to be lower than the degree of vacuum at atmospheric pressure and conveniently generating artificial vacuum, and improving productivity due to mass production. In other words, in order to form a double-layered hot-water tank in the water purifier to allow the hot-water tank to have a vacuum space and maintain vacuum atmosphere, a through-hole spaced the range of 0.1-1.5mm apart from the outer circumferential surface of a water outlet and a dented portion burred to be dented toward the vacuum space are formed on the sealing portion of the vacuum space through which the water outlet welded on the bottom of the hot-water tank passes, pieces of grain-shaped or ring-shaped sealing glass are put on the dented portion while the sealing portion faces upwards, and then air remaining in the vacuum space is removed through the through-hole and the sealing glass is melted to seal the through-hole to be airtight simultaneously while the hot-water tank put in a vacuum heating chamber is heated in vacuum atmosphere at the temperature of 400-550C.
