The present invention relates to a method for constructing a basement structure, which can be applied when a new basement structure is constructed in a location of being interfered with a buoyancy preventing anchor in an event that the buoyancy preventing anchor is installed to resist buoyancy in an existing structure which is established in a part where there is great buoyancy. The method for constructing a basement structure includes the steps of: a) establishing a work base before and after a section where a new basement structure is to be established and lowering a basement level to prevent buoyancy from affecting an existing structure; b) injecting multiple steel pipes in a location in contact with the upper surface of an upper slab of the new basement structure to form a horizontal steel pipe roof and cutting a steel wire of a buoyancy preventing anchor; c) cutting the upper surface of the horizontal steel pipe roof of the location where the steel wire is cut and leading the steel wire of the upper part within the horizontal steel pipe roof; d) fixing the steel wire of the upper side in the horizontal steel pipe roof as a fixing means; e) placing concrete in the steel pipes included in the horizontal steel pipe roof to establish a buoyancy support unit; f) injecting the steel pipes into the lower parts of both ends of the buoyancy support unit to establish a vertical steel pipe roof; and g) establishing the new basement structure in the lower parts of the buoyancy support unit.
