SPECIES-SPECIFIC PRIMERS FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE GENUS PANONYCHUS MITES AND USES THEREOF

The present invention relates to a specific primer for identifying a leaf mite of genus Panonychus and use thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to: a primer set which can specifically identify or detect four types of the leaf mite of genus Panonychus (P.citri, P.ulmi, P. mori, and P. caglei); a species-specific composition for identifying the leaf mite of genus Panonychus including same; a identifying kit; and a speices-specific method of identifying the leaf mite of genus Panonychus using the same. According to the present invention, the primer set can specifically identify or detect four types of the leaf mite of genus Panonychus (P.citri, P.ulmi, P. mori, and P. caglei).
