The present invention provides an integrated wastewater treatment system hybridizing a sieving-membrane bioreactor and a highly concentrated sludge anaerobic digester by biosorption, capable of reducing operating power and increasing energy production according to the production of methane. According to a pertinent embodiment of the present invention, the integrated wastewater treatment system includes: a sieving-membrane reactor for performing absorption of organic matter and microbial growth; a membrane bioreactor for performing decomposition of the organic matter contained in treatment water that is filtered in the sieving-membrane reactor and performing biological filtration; a mixing tank for mixing the treatment water stored in the sieving-membrane reactor and the membrane bioreactor; an aerobic stabilizing tank connected between the mixing tank and the sieving-membrane reactor and growing microbes to stabilize the organic matter; an anaerobic digester connected to the aerobic stabilizing tank in parallel, removing sludge and the organic matter and generating phosphorus and methane gas; and a sludge concentrating tank installed between the mixing tank and the anaerobic digester, concentrating sludge and distributing the treatment water to the anaerobic digester and the aerobic stabilizing tank.
