The invention of Positron Emission Tomography imaging with a small number of low-dose computed tomography (CT) image motion compensation and motion state relates to a specific attenuation correction method. The method of the present invention includes the steps of obtaining a PET data by breathing, the CT image obtained from at least two different breathing, and this generating a virtual image using a 4D CT, 4D CT image and the PET data per breath the matching, selecting a corresponding 3D CT image by breathing correctly, by using the selected result, and extracting the respiratory motion displacement information between the field-specific respiratory PET data, the CT image by using the selected breath by breath to the PET data performing attenuation and scatter correction, using the PET data extracted by the corrected respiration and respiratory motion displacement field information, and a step of performing a breathing compensation and reconstructed. ;
