The present invention relates to an underground water flow characteristic monitoring system for grouting in an excavation of a drain type tunnel for underground disposal of radioactive wastes, of which a plurality of piezometers, which is spaced apart from each other, is installed in a horizontal direction with respect to a tunnel, and a flow net is created to gather data measured from each piezometer to determine the flow of underground water near the tunnel. Thus, a location where underground water is concentrated can be determined so grouting efficiency is improved by determining the target range of the grouting, and the flow change of the underground water and the concentration of the underground water can be determined in advance after the grouting, thereby preventing the tunnel from collapsing.
