The present invention relates to a metal patch kit for treating inflammatory disease, and, more specifically, relates to a method for suppressing the expression of a protein associated with an inflammatory reaction by using a nano-current generated due to an electronegativity difference between two metals. The patch kit for treating infectious and non-infectious inflammatory disease of the present invention is advantageous in that it is safe and does not exhibit cytotoxicity in the body despite effectively suppressing the protein associated with the inflammatory reaction.
