According to an aspect of the present invention, a preservative-free dry-type instant wet tissue for babies includes: a liquid containing part which contains liquid therein, and includes a protection film which encloses the liquid contained therein; a support which has a sharp lower end, is joined with an upper surface of the liquid containing part to locate the lower end above the protection film, is formed to be able to vertically move, and accommodates a tissue; and a case which has an upper end portion joined with the top of the support, accommodates the support and the tissue therein, encloses the liquid containing part, and is joined with the liquid containing part.
