The present invention relates to a hybrid LED face lighting apparatus based on a PLA plastic complex coated with high efficiency thermally conductive composition and high efficiency thermal-conductive micro-line for improving heat radiation performance. The hybrid LED face lighting apparatus based on a PLA plastic complex coated with high efficiency thermally conductive composition and high efficiency thermal-conductive micro-line for improving heat radiation performance according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: an LED face lighting part (110), a heat radiation plate (120), and an LED surface lighting case (130).
