The present invention relates to a scattering and filament-blending apparatus of a kapok fiber and a duck down or a goose down using a scattering property and a filament blending method of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a scattering and filament-blending apparatus of a kapok fiber and a duck down or a goose down using a scattering property and a filament-blending method of the same, the apparatus and the method which can filament-blend kapok fiber, duck down or goose down in a variety of quality because the fiber length is short and lightweight for the kapok fiber, and the duck down or the goose down composed of down and feather having different scattering distances in accordance to a load. A scattering and filament-blending apparatus of a kapok fiber and a duck down or a goose down using a scattering property includes: an upper support unit for the scattering and filament-blending apparatus having a hollow part formed therein; a lower support unit for the scattering and filament-blending apparatus formed on a lower part of the upper support unit for the scattering and filament-blending apparatus having a hollow part formed therein; a raw material inlet through which the kapok fiber and the duck down or the goose down are introduced; an impeller suctioning raw materials of the kapok fiber and the duck down or the goose down introduced through the raw material inlet; a filament-blending impeller transferring the raw materials of the kapok fiber and the duck down or the goose down suctioned by the impeller to an upper part; a scattering unit applying wind to the raw materials of the scattered kapok fiber and the duck down or the goose down to transfer the raw materials; and a filament-blending chamber wherein the raw material of the kapok fiber and the duck down or the goose down transferred by the scattering unit are stacked.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
