The present invention relates to a thermoelectric module with a hot part sealing structure for enhancing thermoelectric performance. More particularly, the present invention relates to a thermoelectric module with a hot part sealing structure for enhancing thermoelectric performance, capable of enhancing the thermoelectric performance proportional to a temperature difference between a hot part and a cold part by increasing the temperature difference between the hot part and the cold part in a state that hot air of the hot part of a thermoelectric generation device maintains for a long time by filling a hot part of the thermoelectric generation device with a sealing member. The thermoelectric module includes: a plurality of thermoelectric generation devices in which P type devices and N type devices are alternately connected by a connection metal; a hot plate installed at the hot part of the thermoelectric generation device; a cold plate installed at the cold part of the thermoelectric generation device; and a sealing member filled in the hot part of the thermoelectric generation device to separate the hot part of the thermoelectric generation device from the cold part of the thermoelectric generation device. The thermoelectric performance may be improved by increasing a temperature difference between the hot part and the cold part of the thermoelectric generation device by maintaining heat air at the hot part of the thermoelectric generation device longer than a structure having no sealing member.
