Viral genome sequences of Tomato yellow leaf curl virus Korea isolate DNA-A and Honeysuckle yellow vein mosaic virus Korea isolate beta-satellite DNA and infection systems to plants using the same

摘要

The present invention relates to a DNA-A of tomato yellow leaf curl virus which causes leaf curling of a plant body, beta-satellite DNA of honeysuckle yellow vein mosaic virus, and a recombinant plasmid including the same. By using the DNA-A, DNA, and the recombinant plasmid, a user can easily induce the viral infection of the plant body, and apply the infected plant body for various researches for preventing and controlling virus.
