The present invention relates to a girder-beam joint for a prefabricated steel frame with a lattice that joins a girder and a beam at the girder-beam joint or a column-beam joint in the fabricated steel frame for a reinforced concrete, using adjacent shaped steels engaged to each other by a lattice member as a prefabricated single member, and to the prefabricated steel frame with the lattice using the same. The girder-beam joint for engaging the girder and the beam includes a joint girder with four ′��prime;-shaped steels arranged at each corner of a beam in a longitudinal direction, wherein the adjacent ′��prime;-shaped steels are engaged to each other by the lattice member; and a joint beam vertically engaged to the joint girder in a cross shape on a plane, wherein four ′��prime;-shaped steels are arranged at each corner in the longitudinal direction. A lower ′��prime;-shaped steel is engaged to an upper or lower end of a lower ′��prime;-shaped steel of the joint girder, and an upper ′��prime;-shaped steel is engaged to an upper or lower end of an upper ′��prime;-shaped steel of the joint girder. The adjacent ′��prime;-shaped steels are engaged to each other by the lattice member.
