The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a condensation preventing stone panel for construction and a stone panel manufactured by the same and, more specifically to a method for manufacturing a condensation preventing stone panel for construction, which is characterized by heating a stone panel (10) formed by cutting rough stone like basalt, granite, and sandstone in a panel shape at 500-800 C to modify the surface color by color modification, then forming a silicone membrane (11) penetrating a silicone waterproof solution on the back and a glaze coated layer (12) having glaze coated to manufacture the stone panel with a condensation preventing function to solve a waterproof problem during construction like before, especially the condensation problem on the back of the panel and manufacture in various colors compared with existing monotonous color of rough stone o provide excellent decoration effect.
