The invention relates to X-ray technology, namely to the digital X-ray scanning apparatus, and may be used in medical facilities for detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. The aim of the proposed technical solution is to improve the diagnostic properties of the device by increasing the spatial resolution and reduce the radiation load on the patient, as well as by eliminating the use of a raster sieve. The basis of the utility model the task of improving a device for imaging the breast of the patient X-ray radiation selectively in tomosynthesis mode or mammography mode in which, due to the execution pair ray source - receiver ray image with the possibility of discrete turn about the axis perpendicular to the optical axis of the pair, in which also coaxially arranged an additional filter, controlled by a diaphragm, a collimator and a receiver receiving X-ray radiation, with This collimator aperture and arranged to form a narrow X-ray beam, and X-ray image receiver is arranged to receive the narrow beam of X-radiation, a new technical result is achieved. It lies in the fact that the horizontal and vertical frequency-contrast characteristics (MTF), and the quantum detection efficiency (QED) remain the same due to stop X-ray image receiver. This leads to an increase in the spatial resolution of more than 4 times and the absence of raster and having a controlled iris to reduce the radiation exposure to the patient.
