Said carcass is attached to structure as well as case composed on inverse cone. Cone vertex has hole to accommodate elastic fastener represented by spring with rod at its end. Said fastener is locked at cone vertex by another fastener. Cone base has gasket made of damping material. Said gasket is fastened to carcass and, by cone base, is rigidly secured at carcass by elastic fastener. Noise absorbing incombustible material wrapped with acoustically transparent material is secured to cone inner surface. Air dap is located inside said cone between aforesaid layers. Elastic fastener has two resonance weights.;EFFECT: increased convenience.
