METHOD FOR CULTIVATION OF FODDERS ROOT CROPS UNDER ARID CONDITIONS

FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the farm industry field. The method envisages arrangement of a furrow between rows. Strip planting of root crops seedings is performed in March-April with the help of a seedling machine, the furrow depth and width being 10-20 cm and 30 cm respectively. The furrow bottom is strewn (manually or mechanically) with rice husks mulching material in a 10-15 cm thick layer with subsequent compaction with lightweight rollers.;EFFECT: method allows to facilitate harvesting and to reduce yield losses under arid conditions.
